Their working relationship started while coaching high school tennis together, and as they both saw great potential in real estate, they teamed up several years ago to venture into real estate investing. Lance was a high school teacher and a coach early in his career and has been a real estate investor for the past ten years. He has focused heavily on rehabs and lease options for the majority of his career, but has also done commercial real estate, multi-family properties and small subdivisions. In addition to his endeavor as the RME Colorado market franchisee, Lance is teaching for the Nouveau Riche Academy. Mark has an extensive business background owning his own insurance agency for the last seventeen years and has been investing in real estate for the last four years.
