The Popes have been involved in real estate investing education with Nouveau Riche since 2003 and firmly believe that real estate provides a secure financial future. They live in Mason, Ohio with their children and enjoy spending time with their families. Dave an entrepreneurs at heart, brings a wealth of personal experience to this franchise team. Dave has owned and operated his own companies including a residential construction company, a concrete company and was a partner in a full service Day spa. Dave currently has a real estate portfolio of single-family and multi-family homes. Dave is a licensed general contractor with hands on experience in building custom homes. He is a specialist in the rehab and remodeling of homes. Danielle has always been an entrepreneur. Having been an owner of a full service day spa, which she purchased at age 21, and construction company that her and Dave built has had the opportunity to hone her business skills in many areas. Danielle also worked with a international Hair care company in which she travel across the country teaching in front of large audiences on the art of hair design and color. All these experiences have helped in her investing career to find the deals, analyze the numbers, negotiate terms and close the deals.
