 Georgia Investor Solutions, Inc.
Chris and Donna Littleton, President and CEO of Georgia Investor Solutions, Inc. respectively, have a strong commitment to customer service and hands on experience in real estate investing. They have focused on building a team of professionals affectionately referred to as “Team Atlanta”. Team Atlanta consists of several men and women whose backgrounds bring years of extensive experience in Real Estate, Real Estate Investing, Marketing and Customer Service. Four Team members are bi-lingual and nine hold a Georgia Real Estate License. Additionally, our outside management advisors provide tremendous support for management decisions and creativity. Team Atlanta is building on the relationships it has established with several national builders. The company will be working with these builders to increase the number of homes available to investors.
In response to the demonstrated needs of our investors, Georgia Investor Solutions, Inc. has contracted with Property Management Solutions, Inc. to bring Property Management “in house” for properties that are sold to its investors.

Donna Littleton brings over 20 years of customer service experience to the team. Ms. Littleton is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Fayetteville Chapter of Business Network International, attended Georgia State University and holds a degree in photography.

Chris Littleton is a licensed A&P technician and holds a FCC license. He has a strong background in construction and renovations. Mr. Littleton brings over 20 years of leadership skills to the table. Currently, he manages his own real estate portfolio in the local market. Mr. Littleton is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors. His hard work and attention to detail have proven to be vital to the company's overall success.
